“The future is not what will happen, but what we will do.” Bergson

Bergson, the philosopher, tells us that work is hard, tiring, grueling, a struggle and a disappointment.

But he also says that work is the most beautiful space for self-creation.

=> We redefine ourselves, we create and, above all, we exist through work.

So imagine how important it is to have healthy relationships at work.

➻ To be able to tell each other, to listen to each other, to be heard in our difficulties, to feel safe to share our doubts, the things we are proud of and co-create with all employees, whether they’re managers, leaders or even at the very bottom of the chain.

Because everyone has interesting ideas, everywhere… all the time.

I’m a firm believer in the human side of business, in sharing feelings in a profound way for greater closeness and therefore greater efficiency.

And I quote Eckart Tolle:

“Listening to your feelings will bring you closer to the truth of who you are than thinking ever can.”

Remember: YOU define your future, what you experience at work and how you experience it.

It’s up to each individual to take responsibility for what they want to experience on a daily basis in their professional (and personal) life.
